Extra buses to Gran Tarajal for Arena Negra festival on 6–7 November
Special buses will link Puerto del Rosario and Morro Jable with Gran Tarajal for Arena Negra on 6–7 November. Return buses will run until 04:30.
Extra buses will run from Puerto del Rosario and Morro Jable to Gran Tarajal for the Arena Negra Festival on 6 and 7 November 2026. Late-night return buses will leave until 04:30.
The Cabildo of Fuerteventura announced the plans on 3 November through its transport department and the island’s interurban bus operator. The extra buses will serve line 16 from Puerto del Rosario and line 01 from Morro Jable.
Festival bus times
Both routes will use the same special timetable on the festival dates.
Towards Gran Tarajal: buses on line 16 from Puerto del Rosario and line 01 from Morro Jable will leave at 20:00, 20:30, 22:00 and 22:30.
Returning from Gran Tarajal: buses to both Puerto del Rosario and Morro Jable will leave at 21:00, 21:30, 01:00, 02:00, 03:00, 04:00 and 04:30.
The overnight buses offer a way home after midnight on both festival nights.
Travel passes and onboard restrictions
The Cabildo says passengers can use the transport pass, or bono de transporte, on these buses. Suitcases are not allowed. Eating and drinking on board are also banned, it says.
